Early Learning Center  Co-Director

Family Promise Rising Stars: (406) 209-8498

Catherine, a Michigan native, started off her college career at Eastern Michigan University being a part of the Army ROTC program as well as the Alpha Chapter of the Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority. Wanting to be back in her hometown, she finished her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Oakland University graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2020. Catherine moved to Bozeman in the summer of 2020 and was admitted into Montana State University’s Graduate School, where she will be working on getting her master’s in Family Consumer Sciences with an emphasis on Early Childhood and Child Development. Catherine has been a part of Family Promise’s Early Learning Center since its opening in January of 2022. First, as a lead teacher for the young 1’s room, and recently transitioned to the assistant director of the evening program.

Since 2018, Catherine has professionally been a part of the early childhood field working in multiple facilities.  She absolutely loves working with kids and their families to help accomplish their developmental and educational goals. As a teacher, she also wants to create a safe environment for kids to have the ability to set them up for success. Our kids are our future, and they need to continue to have the right education and right resources for success. Ever since she was a child, she fell in love with Montana visiting her family’s ranch in the summer where she always felt at home. In her free time, you can find Catherine either hiking or camping in the mountains or baking in the kitchen.
