Our goal is not simply getting families into housing; it is keeping them in housing.

Family Promise is proud to offer full-time employees 160 hours of paid time off, 13 paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, accident, as well as short-term disability coverage, life insurance, a Simple IRA , and a wellness stipend.

We are also proud to support families through childcare benefits that include tuition-free care for one child from 4 weeks to 5 years of age and 50% reduced tuition for a second child at our Rising Stars Early Learning Center, depending on availability.
