Board of Directors

Family Promise is guided by leaders who are steadfast in their commitment to end homelessness in the Gallatin Valley, one family at a time. Because of their knowledge and dedication, we’re leading the way in ensuring family homelessness is brief and non-recurring.

Greg is a husband, father to three fantastic children, and all-around adventure seeker and lover of learning. His software chops were honed in product management at Siebel Systems in Silicon Valley, where during his time with the company it grew from fewer than 1,000 to 8,000 employees and he was awarded Siebel Star and Product Manager of the Year, and at X1 Technologies, an Idealab company, where he was Director of Product Management and awarded the X1 Values Champion award. Later, Greg led a group as CEO to acquire a failed distribution company, turn the company around, and later sold the company. He also created an app for visiting National parks, Just Ahead, and founded a real estate investing company. Erin moved to Montana in 2006 with her dog and her horse to attend MSU and pursue a childhood dream of living in the “wild west”.  Since then, she has discovered her passion for banking and finance, and has built her career in management with a deep commitment to improving the financial lives of the people in our community.

Outside of work, she enjoys  life on her small farm with her family, four horses, four hound dogs, and a steer named Leroy. On the weekends, you can find Erin on any one of the gorgeous lakes in our state, attempting to catch a fish, or hiking with the hound dogs, or on the football field cheering loudly while watching her son excel at his favorite sport!

After my time as a Chef, Owner, and Operator of Starky’s Authentic Grill in Bozeman, I joined U.S. Foods as an District Operations Consultant.  I am grateful to be part of helping restaurants thrive in their communities.  Family Promise came into my world in 2020 and I happily joined the board in July of 2021 to help promote awareness of this critically important organization.  I live in Bozeman year round with my husband Glen.  Together we have two amazing adult children who are making a difference in their chosen professions.  We get out to hike, bike, or ski and enjoy all the beautiful things that Montana offers.
