NOW HIRING: Early Learning Center Lead Teacher

Title: Early Learning Center Lead Teacher

Classification: Exempt; Salary
Reports to: Rising Stars Early Learning Center Director and Assistant Director

Salary: $35,360-$41,600

Job Summary: The Family Promise Rising Stars Early Learning Center Lead Teacher will maintain the daily activities of the center classroom of which they are assigned. This could involve one of the three infant rooms and/or four preschool rooms. The lead teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing (teaching) daily curriculum, communicating with families, maintaining all documentation regarding students and classroom activities, ensuring the safety of students, and providing direct care.

  • The Family Promise Rising Starts Early Learning Center is a community-based center that will provide developmentally appropriate child care and ealy learning opportunities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

  • The mission of Family Promise Rising Starts Early Learning Center is to help families in our community achieve sustainable independence by offering a safe, trusting, accepting, respectful secure learning environment for their children, while offering family programming geared towards the unique needs of the families we serve.

NOW HIRING: Early Learning Center Assistant Teacher

Title: Early Learning Center Assistant Teacher

Classification: Non-Exempt; Hourly
Reports to: Early Learning Center Lead Teacher and Assistant Director

Salary: $17-$19 per hour

Job Summary: The Family Promise Rising Stars Early Learning Center Assistant Teacher will provide support to the Lead Teacher in charge of the classroom. This could involve one of the three infant rooms and/or four preschool rooms. The assistant teacher will be responsible for reinforcing and assisting in teaching daily curriculum, supporting the Lead Teacher in daily activities, occasional communication with families, ensuring the safety of students, and providing direct care.

Reports to: Early Learning Center Lead Teacher and Assistant Director

Salary: $15-$16 per hour

Job Summary: The Family Promise Rising Stars Early Learning Center Teacher Aide will provide support to the Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher in charge of the classroom. This could involve one of the three infant rooms and/or four preschool rooms. The teacher aide will be responsible for reinforcing and assisting in teaching daily curriculum, supporting the Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher in daily activities, occasional communication with families and ensuring the safety of students.

Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly
Reports to: Early Learning Center Lead Teacher, Assistant Director or Director

Salary: $15-$16 per hour

Job Summary: The Family Promise Rising Stars Early Learning Center Substitute Teacher will provide support to the Lead Teacher in charge of the classroom. This could involve one of the three infant rooms and/or four preschool rooms. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for to fill the role requirements of which they are replacing. This could include: reinforcing and assisting in teaching daily curriculum, supporting all staff in daily classroom activities, ensuring the safety of students and providing direct care.
