Current Transitional Homes

Davis-Povah House:

Previously owned by the Bozeman HRDC, Family promise acquired the home through generous donations by Candy Davis and Terry Povah. The home was originally 1 unit, but with the help of our amazing volunteers it was remodeled into 2 units, including some much needed upgrades.  Unit one is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments that features a cozy living space ideal for a small family.  Unit two is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is spacious and features a beautifully modern kitchen. Both units have access to a large yard with flower beds and great views of the Bridger Mountain Range, making the homes perfect for families to enjoy outdoor and indoor spaces alike. 

 

The Alice Adsem House and The Menicucci Cabin:

Located in Menicucci Square development in Belgrade,Montana, both homes were recently purchased from HRDC by Family Promise by the support of two compassionate donors.  The Alice Adsem House was purchased with the support of Duane Adsem in honor of his late wife, Alice.  The Menicucci Cabin was graciously purchased by an anonymous donor.  Both homes are newly constructed, 2 bedroom 2 bath homes that provide two families a safe and cozy place to raise their children.  

Stepping Stone Home:

Located in the basement of Family Promise’s Tim and Mary Barnard Family Day Center, the Stepping Stone Home was included in Tim and Mary Barnard’s donation that purchased our day center in Bozeman. The 2 bedroom 1 bath home is a simple home with a large kitchen and large windows for families to enjoy the long summer days in Montana.  

 

 

Bozeman Garage Home:

Located in Belgrade, the Bozeman Garage Home was donated the use of the home by the generous owners of the Belgrade Garage in 2017.  The home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath single family home that has newly been remodeled and offers the convenience and affordably of Belgrade, Montana.
