During the holiday season many people are looking for great ways to give back to their community.

At Family Promise we have a unique way to volunteer with family, friends or your office! Join our Family Promise Christmas Sponsorship program to support our homeless children with families during the holidays!

How can you get involved?

Family Promise is looking for businesses or individuals to sponsor one or more Family Promise graduate families for Christmas this year.  Family Promise contacts past families and gets a wish list from each family including information about ages, gender, and 3-4 wish list items.  Then they match each family with a sponsor, who goes and gets gifts for the family wraps them and returns them to Family Promise by December 16^th.  Family Promise will then distribute the gifts at the Holiday Party.

Are there other ways to help?

If you are unable to sponsor a family, there are other ways to give during the holiday season by holding a hygiene product drive, and donating things like; lotion, deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, chapstick and other personal care products.

Other things that are always needed at Family Promise include; hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, Band-Aids, etc.  Grocery cards and gas cards are always needed too!
