How can you help?

Some immediate needs:

Donate a copier that can print 2 sided documents – if it could print in color or cardstock, even better!
We have $1200 toward new carpet – we need approximately $1000 more and the downstairs of our family day center will look great.
Replace a section of broken wooden fence around our day center.
Gas cards for our guests are desperately needed! This allows them to search for jobs and get to and from our churches.
Ongoing Needs:

Gas cards are always needed.
Discount store gift cards are needed for shoes for kids, school supplies, birthday gifts, work tools, etc.
Activity passes for museums, swimming, movies, and other wholesome family activities are always welcome!
We collect used furniture and household goods and store them in our garage. We try to furnish the apartments of every family that graduates from Family Promise.
Develop a savings match program for our families as an added incentive.
Sponsor a fundraiser for Family Promise through your business.
Sponsor training to allow Family Promise employees to attend our national Family Promise Conference to be held in Salt Lake City on September 23 – 25th, 2011. Registration cost is $250 – $300 per person.
Sign on as a sponsor for the next Cardboard Box City – September or October 2011.
Put out “Houses for Change” to collect change for Family Promise at your business.
Volunteer:

The next volunteer training is scheduled for April 26 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Bozeman Public Library.
Volunteers can cook meals, serve as an evening host or overnight host, arrange children’s activities, help with tutoring (adults and children), provide pet foster care, do light repairs at our day center, or anything else you can imagine!
Become a mentor! This new program will match trained volunteers with an adult graduate from Family Promise to offer ongoing support on a weekly basis for a minimum of a 1 year commitment.
